Trend Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Window Installer to join our team.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Window Installer/Offsider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise and safe installation of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial windows and doors, sashes, and site glazing.
• Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installations
• Interpret and follow technical drawings and installation specifications
• Conduct minor adjustments and repairs as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and the office.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in glazing or a similar position within the window industry would be highly regarded
• Comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Capable of lifting and performing manual handling tasks
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation and reliability
• Willingness to learn and adhere to Trend’s installation procedures and product knowledge
• Be a motivated individual that can work independently but also part of a team
• Hold a valid drivers license and White Card
