What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming guests with a warm smile and helping them have an unforgettable dining experience.
• Taking part in delivering great service to our weddings and events.
• Taking orders and serving delicious food and wine with a bit of charm and a lot of care.
• Keeping the dining area looking great—clean, tidy, and set up beautifully.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Sharing your knowledge of our menu and wines (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) to answer questions and make recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have a positive, can-do attitude and love working in a team.
• You’re reliable, proactive, and bring a bit of personality to everything you do.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right people.
• You’re flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays, and ready to jump into a busy day with a smile.
• You must be of legal drinking age in Australia and hold (or be willing to obtain) an RSA certification.
