We are seeking a Senior Videographer to join our marketing team and lead video content production across the business. This role suits a creative professional with a strong eye for storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What you’ll work on

• Lead video production from concept to delivery, shaping the visual storytelling.
• Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, project showcases, and campaign content.
• Capture interviews, project walkthroughs, and social media reels.
• Develop video assets for web, social, and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand style and tone across all video outputs.
• Work closely with the internal marketing team and key stakeholders to plan shoots and deliver content that supports business objectives.
• Travel across South East Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast)

What you’ll bring

• Advanced skills in video production, including filming, lighting, audio and editing.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, cinematography and post-production expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, professional content with a fast turnaround.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Self-motivation, adaptability and openness to feedback to refine outcomes
• Photography skills considered an advantage.
