Task & responsibilities

• Operate heavy or light trucks to transport goods safely and on time.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo following safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report faults.
• Plan delivery routes and maintain accurate logbooks, delivery notes, and records.
• Comply with road safety laws, fatigue management, and company policies.

Qualification & experience

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) / Medium Rigid (MR) or higher truck license
• 1–3 years proven truck driving experience
• Familiarity with road transport laws, load restraint, and fatigue management
• Safe driving practices, time management, basic mechanical knowledge
• High school certificate or equivalent preferred
• Clean driving record, ability to work independently, and good communication skills
