Join Mackay Regional Council and be part of our dedicated Roads and Drainage Crew based in Paget. We are looking for skilled tandem axle truck driver who is passionate about civil construction and can contribute to the maintenance and development of our road networks.
Experience Required
Construction and maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure
Qualifications
Certificate III in Civil Construction HR Truck Drivers Licence Licences/tickets to operate other road construction plant/equipment (e.g., backhoe, roller, loader)
Skills And Knowledge
High-level truck driving skills Ability to work within a team or independently Meet customer and stakeholder requirements Sound oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changing work environments Knowledge of preventative machinery maintenance
