The Role

As a new member of the Electrodry team your role will  include:

• Carpet, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and wood floor refurbishment as well as a range of other services that you will become trained and qualified to undertake.

• Positively recommending additional products and services to customers

• Customer Service

• Use and general maintenance of machinery

• Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers

Following the completion of your initial training period, you will receive on-going training in a range of specialist areas that include:

• Wood floor refinishing

• Tile and Grout Cleaning

• Mould De-Contamination

To be a successful candidate for this role you must:

• Have a current licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle

• Demonstrate strong communication skills

• Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Successful candidates have had a background in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality and sales

Remuneration

In this full-time role, you'll start at a training rate of $34 per hour plus commissions and bonuses payable from your third week of employment. Once you have demonstrated the required level of technical proficiency providing our primary services of carpet and upholstery cleaning along with tile cleaning or one of our timber services (usually a 3-month process), you will move to a Qualified Technician base rate of $35 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. 

Our generous commission and bonus structure rewards high levels of customer service, reliability and business performance.  Once qualified you can expect to earn between $1,500 and $1,800 per week plus super & vehicle.
