We are seeking dedicated support workers (preferably male) to provide quality care and support for a child with autism in the Nowra region.

Pay Rates: $34 – $45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Location: Nowra region (NSW South Coast)

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
• A reliable car and current driver’s license
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Ability to start immediately
• Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach
• First Nations Applicants are desirable but not essential
• Male applicants preferred (client request)

About the role:

• As a Support Worker with Hive Care Group, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our client, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting independence.
• You’ll be supporting a child with autism in their daily routines, helping to build skills, confidence, and independence.
• This role is hands-on, rewarding, and vital in creating a safe, supportive environment.
