The Opportunity

You will be responsible for a busy and varied workload in both commercial and civil litigation including work pertaining to client matters in the following areas;-

·         Building and Construction.

·         Land & Environment.

·         Commercial Litigation.

·         Corporations and Insolvency.

·         Disciplinary and Regulatory.

·         Personal Injury.

·         Strata and Leasing.

·         Workplace Health and Safety; and

·         Employment law.

You will have highly developed advocacy skills, and experience in mediation and settlement meetings. Working as part of the team and reporting to the Litigation Team Leader, this is great opportunity to share your skills whilst joining a firm who values its staff and operates out of modern offices in Tuggerah Business Park and Erina.

About You

To be successful your skills will be superior in the above areas, with sound ethics and highly developed advocacy skills. You will have experience in mediation and settlement meetings. You will have initiative and be a self–starter and a high level of drafting skills and computer proficiency.

Naturally you will have well developed oral and written communication skills, be adept at prioritising work and demonstrate tenacious follow-up on outstanding tasks. You value being part of a team.
