About the RoleYou’ll lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll see your decisions make a visible impact every day.
Key responsibilities include:Site planning and documentation preparednessMonitoring build progress and providing timely feedback reportsDriving quality assurance and ITP complianceKeeping site diaries and visual records accurate and up to dateManaging defects and holding trades accountableBuilding team capability and ensuring complianceLeading and engaging your team for high performanceRunning weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders
You’ll be a decisive leader who spots challenges early, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects moving forward. We’re seeking someone with a trade background, proven site management experience, and the ability to foster strong relationships across teams and contractors.
