We’re preparing to launch an exciting new site later this year and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor or Manager to join the team from day one.

About The Role

You’ll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver stunning commercial amenities on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is hands-on and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Site planning and documentation preparednessMonitoring build progress and providing feedback reportsEnsuring quality assurance and ITP complianceMaintaining accurate site diaries and visual recordsManaging defects and holding trades accountableBuilding team capability and ensuring complianceLeading and engaging your team to get the best out of themRunning weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders

You’ll be a confident decision-maker, able to identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track. We’re looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. If you’re tech-savvy, love problem solving, and get satisfaction from watching empty land transform into vibrant communities, this is the role for you.
