As our team grows, we are now seeking a new Service Desk Officer to join our skilled and experienced Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team.

The Role

As the Service Desk Officer, you will be the first line of support for users, managing requests for support through to resolution in partnerships with the other members of the BTS team, who will provide additional technical support and expertise where necessary. This position will suit someone who is a strong team player, with excellent initiative and the desire to build a strong career.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Work experience in an IT customer service or help desk environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • A keen interest in developing and honing your IT skills
