As a Service Advisor you will be provided ongoing support and career progression opportunities.

About the role: 

• Provided end to end support for customers in the Service department 

• Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works

• As a team, ensuring customer experience results exceed the benchmark

• Ability to sell the benefits of the products and services

• Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy

• Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns

• Be able to enjoy an upbeat working environment

• Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism

Successful Applicant’s
A high level of personal commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Current VIC Driver's license

• Eagerness to learn and up skill

• Current Police Check
