About you

A true team player with a passion for Property Management

Hold a Real Estate License

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Current Driver's License and reliable transport

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail

Able to work independently but comfortable reaching out for support when needed

Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator

Above all, you genuinely care about people and enjoy building great relationships

The Role

Manage, nurture, and grow your own portfolio with care and pride

Build and maintain strong connections with both landlords and tenants

Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears management

Oversee vacates, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are well cared for

Manage tribunal appearances and insurance claims when required
