Position Title: Sales Consultant.
Employment Type: Full time with Commission Structure:

• 8% commission on general details.
• 10% commission on ceramic coatings and paint correction packages.

Sales SOP Includes:

• Lead Intake:
  • Receive lead via website, Instagram, Facebook, text, or call.
  • Record lead in CRM with contact details and service interest.
• Initial Contact:
  • Reach out within 2 hours (if during business hours).
  • Use call script (see below) and tailor responses.
• Qualify the Lead:
  • Determine car type, location and if a garage/shade is available.
  • If a garage is not available, car needs to be done at my house in Greystanes
• Quote & Sell:
  • Recommend service package based on condition.
  • Push high-ticket coatings and paint correction.
• Close the Sale:
  • Book in job and take deposit.
  • Add job to shared calendar.
• Follow-Up Procedure:
  • 1st Follow-Up: 24 hours later.
  • 2nd Follow-Up: 48 hours later.
  • Final Follow-Up: 3–5 days later with a limited-time offer.
