JFK Group WA is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and driven Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing Solar team. If you’re motivated by connecting with people, solving problems, and achieving tangible results, this could be the perfect role for you.

No experience in solar? No problem. We provide full training to help you become an expert in residential and commercial solar solutions. All we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

About the Role:
As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their solar journey. From pre-qualified enquiries to tailored proposals, you’ll deliver honest advice, effective solutions, and a seamless customer experience.

This is a permanent, office-based position in Mandurah – no travel or on-site work is required. Salary is competitive based on experience, with performance-based commission incentives available.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience in Sales (solar, electrical, or energy solutions highly regarded)

• Charismatic, approachable and a natural communicator

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities

• Comfortable using CRMs, quoting software, and digital tools

• A customer-first mindset in a performance-driven environment
