Role Overview

Based in our Mackay office, our Retail Sales persons are often at the forefront dealing with our clients which provides a great opportunity to fine tune your people skills whilst settling into a long-term career which can deliver real results, outcomes, training and possibilities.

This is not your average Retail Sales role - you will learn all things pump and water treatment orientated - filtration, irrigation systems, pipelines, pool parts and pump components.

Step into an industry where you'll always be in demand and there is room to grow into various roles such as account management, engineering, trades based positions and beyond.

Creating client relationships, being able to learn in a hands-on environment and having a positive, open and team focused outlook are essential to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greeting customers and assisting with queries to help them find the right solution (training provided on the job)

• Point of sale processing - Eftpos / cash / account sales.

• Answering sales calls, preparing accurate and professional quotes

• Completing stock takes and general housekeeping to ensure the showroom is stocked and tidy!

Eligibility 

• Current Drivers Licence

• Have a keen interest in learning and working with hands on products and solutions

• Must be reliable and possess excellent communication skills

Sales experience from any industry based backgrounds (electrical, plumbing, trades, mechanical, maintenance) is great, but not essential - we'll teach you everything you need to know!
