The Role
We’re looking for a proven sales professional who thrives in a regional environment and is motivated by the opportunity to grow efex’ presence in Toowoomba.
In This Role, You’ll
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the regionBuild and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client baseTranslate technical solutions into clear, business-focused outcomes for clientsCollaborate with colleagues across IT, print, and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional resultsPlay a part in overseeing and supporting the local team, ensuring smooth operationsRepresent efex within the community, strengthening our ties and reputation as a trusted local partner
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management within a regional marketStrong ability to engage clients through structured sales conversations and solution sellingExcellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of retaining and growing accountsCritical thinking skills to identify client challenges, develop solutions, and improve operationsProficiency in presenting technical concepts in simple, client-friendly termsOrganised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative approach, comfortable working within a matrix management structureCurrent driver’s licence (regional travel will be part of the role)

Familiarity with print technologies, managed print services, or IT solutionsA strong community focus and passion for helping regional businesses succeed
