One of our local council clients is looking for your HR expertise to join their collaborative and supportive team for a 2 to 3 month temporary assignment.
Your new role
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment and Training Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment, support hiring managers, and drive learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Advise on best practice and internal recruitment procedures
- Draft engaging job ads and coordinate communications
- Maintain HR systems and prepare reports
- Oversee induction and training programs
- Manage the Learning Management System
