As Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Principal Consultant and Office & Candidate Coordinator. This role goes beyond phones and diaries, it’s about presence, polish, and professionalism. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring candidates, clients, and visitors experience the highest standards of service from the very first second.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering a polished front-of-house experience for clients, candidates, and visitors.
- Managing reception and a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinating candidate registrations and compliance in line with the PEA Act & Regulations QLD.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in CRM & ATS systems.
- Assisting with CV preparation, job advertisements, and client presentations.
- Preparing boardrooms for high-level client meetings and interviews.
- Handling mail, couriers, and general office logistics.
- Supporting day-to-day office coordination to ensure the workspace reflects a premium brand at all times.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 1–2 years’ experience in reception, administration, or client-facing services.
- Recruitment agency or professional services background (advantageous).
- Impeccable presentation and polished communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, particularly with compliance.
- Proficiency in Apple (Mac) OS, Gmail, and confidence with CRM & ATS systems.
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn, compliance under the PEA Act & Regulations QLD.
- A proactive, professional, and highly polished approach.
- Availability for an immediate start.
