About the role
Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager ready for the next challenge - or looking for a supportive team where your career can thrive? L J Hooker Cairns Edge Hill is growing, and we're on the hunt for a motivated, organised and personable Property Manager to join our highly respected agency.
This is a rewarding and dynamic position where you'll be responsible for managing a tidy portfolio of properties with support from a dedicated and experienced team. We take pride in delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment.
This is a full-time position however we are aware 8:30am-5pm hours do not suit everyone so flexible hours can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end property management for a well-maintained portfolio

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Routine inspections, entry and exit reports

Organising maintenance and repairs
-
Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management

Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
-
Ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in Property Management (ideally 1 year or more)

Qld Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Confidence using real estate software

A team-focused attitude with a willingness to grow

Current Driver's Licence (company car and phone provided during business hours)

Exceptional attention to detail

Competent computer skills
-
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Efficient and accurate data entry skills with the property management software and microsoft word

Be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
