About The Role

In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, the project works, engaging with site leaders, the business and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business goals. This position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Gladstone based roleMonday to Friday - 48 hours

The Project Administration Department is responsible for, but not limited to:

Raising purchase ordersProcessing invoicesDaily activity sheets (including timesheets)Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and recordsEfficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondenceData entry Stock and inventory controlGeneral administration duties for the project team.Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time; and

To Be Successful You Will Have

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in administrationExperience in the construction industry (desirable)Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent attention to detailPositive attitude with the ability to work as part of a teamExcellent time management, workload prioritisation, organisation and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDriver Licence Construction Card (blue or white)
