THE ROLE

You will be primarily responsible for project deliverables and operations, overseeing technical disciplines and coordination of our projects.

Projects include cladding replacement, heritage and general building refurbishment projects valued between $1 and $6 million.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support services and technical support on construction projects.

Plan and coordinate works, subcontractor, equipment and personnelProvide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairsCompile and create QA/QC documentationProgram and schedule worksQuantity take-offsEnsure compliance with HSECQ requirementsFacilitate regular project management meetings

Your Experience

Extensive on-ground project delivery experienceTertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable but not required)Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating worksClient facing with a strong commercial skillsetAble to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationshipsSelf-managing while working well in a team environmentProven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
