Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever-present backbone of the construction of a new home. This role is part of our Roofing and Rainwater division. Specialising in metal fascia, gutter and roofing, this division is the bustling heart of Stoddart Group and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we’re an efficient and valuable part of their build.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Installer, who is proactive, safety conscious and ready to come on board for our Roofing Division. This role will support and service our busy Townsville hub. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing works and servicing the region under the guidance of our Site Supervisors and Regional Manager. As a strong Product Installer for our Roofing division, you must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high-pressure environment.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

• Installation of roofing products on site in accordance with quality and compliance standards

• Identify and rectify installation issues as reported and in a timely manner

• Appropriate management of site documentation

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on project-related matters

• Comply with Stoddart Group Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and Practices

• Conduct site measurements and complete adhoc tasks as required

Ideal candidate attributes:

• Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing

• Experience in metal roofing, fascia & gutter highly desirable

• High level attention to detail

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Valid & current drivers licence

• Must be willing to undergo Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencement
