Hi! We’re Bespoke Behaviour, a team of people who care deeply about other people.

We’re looking for experienced Behaviour Practitioners who are kind, curious, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent people and their families in Geelong.

If you’ve already been working in behaviour support, mental health, social work, or a related discipline, and you’re looking for a team that values your skills while giving you room to grow, create, and enjoy the work, then this might be the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working 1:1 with clients to support emotional regulation, skill-building, and behaviour change (in ways that feel good, not clinical)

• Leading the development of person-centred behaviour support plans and strategies

• Collaborating with families, support workers, schools, and local services to keep everyone on the same page

• Bringing creativity and initiative to your practice (we love fresh ideas!)

• Writing progress notes and reports that actually make sense, and get used

About You:

• You’ve got a NDIS practitioner ID.

• You have practical experience working with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or kids/young people with big emotions

• You care more about connection than correction

• You’re organised enough to stay on top of notes, but flexible enough to roll with real life

• You’re curious, collaborative, and confident in your clinical judgment

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal Breakers):

• NDIS Commission registration (or willingness to get it, we’ll help!)

• WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening

• Driver’s licence and access to a car (for regional travel between clients)

• A creative streak, a good Spotify playlist, or an A+ sense of humour
