The role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and accessories department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories.

  • Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Lead and motivate a team of parts and accessories staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote parts and accessories sales, including in-store displays, promotions, and online campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Effective leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
