Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Support sales and referrals to help customers meet their financial goals.
  • Handle cash and transactions with precision, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Support branch operations, completing tasks such as opening, closing, and day-to-day activities.
  • Confidently learn and use banking systems and other technology to manage customer records
