About the Role

AFF is seeking efficient and responsible casual Orchard Hands to join our operations at Kooba, located just outside of Griffith, NSW. This hands-on role will have a particular focus on assisting in the harvest of Almonds. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, following instructions to ensure the job is done safely and efficiently. This role will start work in January 2026

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating farm machinery and equipment associated with the harvesting of the Almonds
• Reporting hazards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Being a team player and helping the team meet daily and seasonal goals.

Skills and Experiences:

• Ideally you have proven experience working on a farm including driving large farm equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work alone or in a group to achieve a set task
• Great work ethic and a willingness to have a go
• Current drivers license minimum class C
