We're Hiring – Landscape Apprentice & Tradesman

Join Insight Landscapes – a well-established, high-end landscaping company with over 20 years of experience. We’re known for building top-quality outdoor spaces and looking after our crew. We’ve got plenty of exciting work on, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated people to join our growing team.

Positions Available:

• Landscape Apprentice (Full-time): Great opportunity to start your landscaping career and learn on the job.

• Landscape Tradesman (Full-time): For those with experience who want to step up and take the lead on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

All Roles:

• A solid work ethic and good attitude

• Willingness to work across a variety of landscape construction jobs

• Reliable, on time, and ready to pitch in

• Able to work as part of a team

Tradesman:

• Experience in landscape or construction (paving, concreting, retaining walls, etc.)

• Able to read plans and run small jobs when needed

• MR truck licence and machine experience (excavator/bobcat) is a big plus

Apprentice:

• Keen to learn and work hard

• Must have a driver’s licence

• Willing to purchase basic work related tools

Location & Work Details:

• Based at our warehouse in Woonona

• Most jobs are within 30–60 minutes from the warehouse

• Multiple full-time roles with an immediate start available

• Occasionally travel to other Sydney job sites

• Friendly team environment with long-term job prospects

• Expected hours is 40-50 hours per week

Requirements

• Drivers licence and personal vehicle

• Experience in landscaping or construction

• Able to work within a high paced team environment

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
