We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Site Business Manager to oversee the operations of our thriving veterinary practices across the Toowoomba region. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for people, this is your chance to make a real impact across multiple sites.

About The Role

As our Multi-Site Business Manager, you will:

Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team management across our veterinary clinics including; Pittsworth Veterinary Surgery, Herriot House Veterinary Surgery and Gatton Veterinary Surgery.Drive business growth through effective budgeting, KPI tracking, and marketing initiatives.Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.Implement and refine systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.

About You

You’re a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you have:

Proven multi-site management experience (veterinary, medical, or similar healthcare industry preferred).Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.Excellent people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
