Position: Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Wollongong, NSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with mental health diagnoses.
• Assist participants in daily living activities and promote their independence.
• Implement personalized care plans and support strategies.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent English  communication and  verbal skills .
• Experience with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, paranoia and complex behaviours (highly desirable)
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• NDIS Clearance
• Strong mental health experience
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Police check
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Completion of NDIS Orientation Modules
• Infection control training
• Mental Health1st aid ( Desirable )
• Mental Health Cert – ( Desirable )
