About the Role
Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 15-24 with mental health challenges across the Grampians region. Work closely with senior clinicians and the Lived and Living Experience Workforce to deliver recovery focused, family inclusive, evidence based care. This role offers meaningful responsibility and the chance to make a real difference in community mental health, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assess mental health and risk to prioritise care and referral

Treat a caseload as primary clinician using evidence-based method
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans addressing biopsychosocial need
Involve families actively in treatment deliver
Collaborate effectively within the multidisciplinary tea
Maintain accurate clinical records respecting privacy and confidentialit
Skills & Experience
Relevant health qualification (psychology, nursing, social work, OT); AHPRA registration where applicabl

Valid Victorian driver’s licence and Working with Children Chec
Experience with evidence-based, family inclusive treatment for youth mental healt
Strong mental health assessment and clinical formulation skill
Knowledge of trauma informed care and relevant legislatio
