We are a well established, private Obstetrics & Gynaecology practice in Wollongong looking for a cheerful and experienced professional to join our team.
About the role
We require a compassionate professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical reception.
Part-time position, 3 days a week plus cover for sick and annual leave, flexible hours, with the potential opportunity of full time for the right candidate.
You will be required to complete a range of reception and general administration duties as part of a small team, in a fast paced practice.
Including but not limited to:

Greeting and assisting patients

Scheduling of patient appointments

Responding to email enquiries

Incoming & outgoing calls

Invoicing, payments and reconciliations

Providing excellent customer service to our patients

Maintaining files with accuracy

Ordering and maintaining stock

Confidential data entry

Experience in billing and liaising with Medicare, health insurers and health care providers
