Crossmuller specialises in design and construction, structural steel manufacturing, electrical and automation systems suitable for Manufacturing and industrial warehouses. Crossmuller currently operates in Central Coast and Hunter Regions, Sydney, Oberon and Mt Gambier.
As a result of our ongoing growth and success, Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple disciplines who is motivated by growth, is detail focused and passionate about what they do.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for a practical, hands-on marketer who can roll up their sleeves and deliver marketing that makes an impact. This role is operational at its core, focused on driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales across our construction, manufacturing, and engineering. You’ll be working directly with operational and sales teams, internal creative services, and customers to ensure our marketing is relevant, timely, and effective.
Role Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple service porfolios, and product lines.
· Manage digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, Google Business, SEO/SEM) to ensure our online presence is current and customer focused.
· Develop marketing collateral and sales support tools (brochures, case studies, capability statements, tender support).
· Create and post content (stories, projects, updates) that bring our business to life and showcase our capabilities.
· Support customer engagement activities — events, trade shows, site tours, client communications.
· Manage brand consistency across signage, uniforms, fleet, and all marketing channels.
· Liaise with our internal Creative Services Team (graphic designers, printers, photographers, creative, digital etc) to deliver projects on time and on budget.
· Track, measure, and report on campaign and activity performance.
· Provide practical marketing support to business units and project teams when and where it’s needed.
Skills & Experience
· 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B, construction, manufacturing, or services environment.
· Strong “hands-on” approach with the ability to both plan and execute.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (CMS, social media management, email marketing, Google Ads/Analytics).
· Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
· Strong project coordination experience.
· Eye for design and ability to brief/guide creative development.
· Comfortable working in a practical, fast-paced, operational environment.
· Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred but not essential).
