You know those job ads that promise you’ll be “working closely with a dynamic marketing team”?

Yeah, this isn’t one of those.

Because there is no marketing team.

Not yet anyway.

You’ll be the go-to marketing person in the business, supported every step of the way by the Sales & Marketing Manager, a seasoned leader passionate about growth and success. With guidance and backing from the top, you’ll have the freedom to take the lead, make a real impact, and shape the marketing function your way.

The foundations are already in place. A full rebrand has recently been completed, and an external brand partner continues to manage the website and run campaigns on a 90-day cycle.

Your job will be to take that work and embed it in the business.

Day to day, you’ll roll out the new brand across every touchpoint – from brochures and templates through to social channels, events and internal comms.

You’ll drive lead generation by creating content, running campaigns and making sure the sales team always has a pipeline of opportunities.

You’ll also become the go-to person for professional proposal packs and capability statements, the one who keeps the CRM accurate and reporting useful, and the storyteller who can turn technical projects into case studies that resonate with clients. Events, content, outreach – you’ll own it.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to be told what to do. It’s for someone who already knows marketing, who’s ambitious enough to want more than just execution work, and who sees themselves stepping into leadership as the marketing team grows.

You might have a degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, but solid hands-on experience matters just as much. If you’ve got a few years under your belt, can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, and can keep your cool in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.

In return, you’ll get genuine flexibility, with most people working 8am–4pm and hybrid options available, plus a competitive salary package starting at $80k–$90k + super and a clear career path into building and leading a marketing team of your own one day.

The company itself?

They’re doing something clever. Interpod builds prefabricated bathroom pods right here in Australia. Instead of wrangling 12 different trades onsite for every bathroom, developers and builders get one seamless solution from a single point of contact. It takes the stress, delays and headaches out of large-scale construction projects. That’s why the business is growing fast and why marketing now matters more than ever.

Interpod is in a high-growth industry, they’re investing in their future, and they’re building something exciting. This is your chance to shape and grow the marketing function – not just be another cog in the wheel.

Step in, take the reins, and turn great ideas into real results. Apply now.
