About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel

• Oversee the safe and efficient servicing of heavy earthmoving equipment

• Assist with fault diagnosis and provide technical support to ensure timely repairs

• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records (paper-based and electronic)

• Drive a proactive, safety-first culture within the team

Skills & Experience

To be considered, you will need:

• Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate (essential)

• Experience with CAT diagnostic systems or similar

• Proven experience supervising a maintenance team in mining or heavy industry

• Strong commitment to safe work practices and quality standards

• A positive, “can-do” attitude with excellent time management skills

• Current manual driver licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
