Litigation Lawyer – 1 to 5 Years PAE

The Role
This role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:

• Business disputes and commercial litigation

• Shareholder and partnership disputes, including oppression claims

• Defamation matters

• Estate litigation

• General litigation across federal and lower courts in Queensland

You will work under the guidance of senior practitioners who will help shape you into a sharp and highly effective advocate. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where you will be challenged, mentored, and supported in your professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 5 years post-admission experience (PAE) in litigation

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for litigation and advocacy

• Experience or interest in any of the following areas: business disputes, shareholder oppression, defamation, estate litigation (other litigation experience also considered)

• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team

• Ambition to grow within the firm and progress to more senior roles over time
