We’re now looking for a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join our Commercial & Property team in Bundall.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our solicitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will include:

·         Preparing contracts, leases and property/commercial documents

·         Assisting with conveyancing processes and settlements

·         Managing diaries, emails, correspondence and file organisation

·         Handling searches and Titles Office forms

·         Supporting monthly billing and general admin

·         Liaising with clients and external contacts with professionalism and care

What You’ll Bring

·         Prior legal secretarial or strong administrative experience within a corporate, commercial, or professional services environment

·         Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

·         Confidence with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe

·         Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

·         Familiarity with conveyancing and Titles Office procedures (ideal, but not essential)
