This is a part-time position across 3 days based in Southport Qld Bespoke Legal Group values diversity, inclusivity, work life balance and encourages people from diverse backgrounds to apply.
Tasks & responsibilitiesSome reception duties including answering phone calls, liaising with clients, managing diary appointments and scheduling meetingsGeneral secretarial duties including photocopying, scanning, word processing, printing, email managementAssisting solicitors as required, including amending court and other documents, file management, some conveyancing processes, closing of files.
Qualifications & experienceAdministration/reception experience requiredLegal experience desirable but not essentialGood communication skills, including in person and electronicallyExcellent attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and OutlookAble to effectively prioritise under pressureAn approachable personality;Experience is valued, but the right personality and attitude are essential.
