You will have the opportunity to: lead and assess a wide range of planning scheme amendment requests and strategic land use projects apply your expertise in strategic planning and report writing

work collaboratively to deliver high-quality planning outcomes as the Lead Strategic Planner, assist, manage and mentor other team members as needed What you’ll bring to the role:

tertiary qualification in land use planning or a related field (e.g. environmental design, architecture, or geography) sound understanding of Tasmania’s planning system, and both the statutory and strategic planning processes. demonstrated experience in leading a team and in handling complex planning matters, particularly planning scheme amendments
