The Opportunities

We’re welcoming applications for:

• Lead Educators (Diploma-qualified)

• Educators (Cert III and Diploma)

• Float/Across-Centre roles supporting our Condon, Mount Louisa & Allambie Lane teams

Flexible employment types available (full-time/part-time/casual). Work at one home centre or enjoy variety across all three.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating warm, inclusive environments grounded in kindness and respect

• Planning and delivering meaningful, play-based programs aligned with EYLF & NQS

• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Contributing to safe, beautiful learning spaces indoors and out

• (Lead Educators) Mentoring your team, guiding practice, and supporting compliance & documentation

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in ECEC (or working toward) for Lead Educator; Cert III/Diploma for Educator roles

• A growth mindset and a genuinely kind, positive approach

• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and child development

• Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for early childhood—and for making a real difference every day
