Hello, this is Hero Sushi. Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager in Hero Sushi Australia Fair.

• Shop K016 Australia Fair, 42 Marine PDE, Southport QLD 4215

[Position]

• Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)

• Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership

[Salary]

• Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability)

• After training, depending on store size: $30.8hour

Adult, Hourly, Before tax $30.8+ 12% Super + Annual leave + Sick leave Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

• Store operations and management

• Team supervision and staff training

• Sushi and menu quality control

• Managing and reporting store sales

• Must have a TFN

• Visa holders eligible to work full-time
