The Role
Are you ready to be the driving force behind exceptional sales and customer service? We’re expanding and looking for passionate people to join our energetic Customer Care Centre team. With opportunities to be based at Yatala or Pinkenba in Brisbane, or at our Kooragang office in Newcastle, this is your chance to be at the heart of our customer experience, handling inbound and outbound hire and sales activities nationwide while growing your sales career.

What You’ll Do

  • Build new hire and sales accounts by responding to inbound calls and making proactive outbound calls

  • Process rental quotes, reservations, and contracts with accuracy and speed

  • Keep conversations alive with timely follow-up calls

  • Identify and pass on new business leads

  • Reconnect with lost or dormant accounts to win back business

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident making outbound calls and engaging with customers

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding sales and service

  • Strong communicator with a positive, customer-first attitude

  • Organised and efficient, with excellent time management skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (a big plus!)

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Resilient, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver

  • Previous contact centre or high-volume call experience is highly regarded
