HR Administrator – 6-Month Temporary Contract based in Cairns

An opportunity has become available for a highly capable HR Administrator to join a purpose-driven organisation focused on cultural preservation, community empowerment, and sustainable development. This 6-month temporary role is based in Cairns and sits within a collaborative People & Culture team.
Your new role
- Provide high-level administrative support to HR operations
- Manage internal recruitment processes from end to end
- Support onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Travel occasionally to a remote location for short stays (5 days at a time)
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in internal recruitment and HR administration
- A sound administration background
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to work independently
- Australian Citizenship
