m. hotel is a family-owned hotel accommodation provider in Sale, Gippsland.

We are in search of a Housekeeper to join our growing, vibrant and friendly team at m.hotel and Siesta Central Apartments on a Casual basis.

It is rare that job vacancies come up with us, so don’t delay. This opportunity could range in hours per week pending the candidates preference and consistency. We have availability for minimum15 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week depending your ability and endeavour. Lets disucss what fits best. 2 weekends a month are a must. Non negotiable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning of guest rooms and shared guest areas.
• Ensuring room amenities are stocked.
• Disposal of all waste around the hotel.
• Reporting of maintenance issues.
• Providing excellent customer service with all guest interactions.
• Motivate and embody the positive and fun culture we have.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience is a similar role is preferable, but not essential.
• Reliability. We are focused strongly on teamwork, and this is paramount for fitting in.
• A good eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
• A positive attitude, who can problem solve.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills, to make customers and your team feel at home.
• Have a great sense of humour.
