About the role

Timeless Outdoors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Gardener to join our team in Daylesford, VIC. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces that our clients have entrusted us with.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching

• Pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and aesthetic appeal

• Planting and caring for a variety of flowers, plants, and trees

• Identifying and treating any pest or disease issues in the gardens

• Maintaining and operating gardening equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

• Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients about the work being carried out

• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Gardener or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and integrated pest management

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation

• Proficient in the use of various gardening tools and equipment

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A valid driver's license
