About the Role:As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be the face of our club — providing friendly service, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment, and keeping the area clean, comfortable, and inviting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Create memorable experiences for our customers
• Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards 
• Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
• Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
• Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
• Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
• Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
• Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 12 months of experience in a similar gaming, hospitality, or customer service role
• A genuine passion for gaming and interest in the industry
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Current RSA & RSG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
