We’re Hiring! Full-Time Head Cleaner / Cleaning Team Leader

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented full-time head cleaner to not only clean but also lead our team and ensure all our properties are perfectly prepared for guests. We do Airbnb cleaning, regular housekeeping, vacate/bond cleaning, pressure washing, and office cleaning.

What you’ll do:
Clean apartments, houses, and commercial spaces independently
Be able to clean independently while organizing the work of other cleaners
Coordinate and supervise other cleaners
Be responsible for handing over a perfectly cleaned apartment
Check cleaning quality and prepare properties for guests
Prepare all cleaning supplies, linen, and materials
Organize cleaning supplies and materials

Requirements:
Cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or commercial properties)
Team leadership experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability
Valid Australian driver’s license
Police check required
Looking for long-term cooperation – minimum 6 months, not suitable for short-term work
