We are currently looking for highly motivated, passionate team members to work across Fresh Departments, including in the meat and deli departments at our Sarina store. You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be required to work a rotational roster which may include nights, weekends and public holidays. We have both permanent and casual roles available.
 
Experience:

• Experience working in a Fresh department, preferably in meat or deli, or in fast food is desirable

• Knowledge and experience with WH&S and safety requirements

• Experience in training and coaching other team members

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies

• Excellent Customer Service skills
