The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expert rental department as a Field Officer.

With huge growth potential this role is perfect for someone looking to change up their existing administration/assistant skill set or for someone looking to enter the real estate industry.

You will be responsible for conducting open for inspections, condition reports, routine and vacating inspections and also liaising between renters, applicants and property managers.

This role is integral to the success of the department and you will be trained and mentored by our senior team members.

Must haves:

  • Agents Representative Certificate  *non negotiable*

  • A strong customer service focus

  • First class communication

  • Can do attitude

  • Confidence in working with IT and systems.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Licence and reliable car
