With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to technical excellence, they are now seeking a passionate and driven Lead Civil Engineer to strengthen their leadership team.
You Will:

Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering works including roads, drainage, utilities, subdivisions, and site development

Act as the primary technical authority and ensure engineering output meets industry and client standards

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes

Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians

Collaborate effectively with internal and external project partners

Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives of the business

Your new role
As Lead Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of civil design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments. You will provide technical leadership to a growing engineering team, guide junior engineers, and engage closely with architects, planners, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
To enjoy this exciting opportunity and embark on your new career, you'll need the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with established design experience here in Australia
Chartered / Licenced Engineer (ideally CPEng and CBOS)
Proven experience delivering residential and commercial land development projects
Strong leadership skills with the desire to shape and grow a high‑performing team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Proficiency with civil design software
